Every lift you'd look for, with a photo of it
Barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, bands and bodyweight, each with photos, step-by-step instructions and the muscles it works. Filter by equipment or muscle, or add your own.
Rest timer
Lock your phone between sets. It still tells you.
Tick a set and the rest starts on its own. Nudge it 15 seconds either way. When it's up you get a notification on the lock screen, with a bell over your music rather than instead of it, and tapping it opens the exercise you're on.

The wifi drops between sets. Your workout doesn't.
Every set is saved on your phone the moment you tick it, and syncs when you're back online. Basement gym, dead zone, airplane mode: you finish the workout the same way, and nothing is waiting to be re-entered afterwards.
Built around getting stronger
Knows what you did last time
Every set opens with last session's numbers beside it, and suggests the next step up when you've earned it.
Records you can see
Heaviest weight, best set, estimated one-rep max and volume per muscle, charted over time.
Light or dark
Follow your phone's appearance or pick one. Pounds or kilograms, miles or kilometres.
Train with friends
Follow each other's workouts and milestones, and share a milestone as a picture.
Bring your history
Import from Gravl or a Wayted export, and export everything as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
