Terms of service
Version 2026-10-18. Effective date: to be set at launch.
These terms are an agreement between you and Ham Digital LLC ("we"), which makes Wayted. By creating an account or using Wayted you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
Who can use Wayted
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
Your account
You need an Apple, Google or Microsoft account to sign in, and you're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep the app up to date: older versions stop being able to sync and will ask you to update.
Your content
Your training data is yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to you and to friends you've accepted, and use it to run the app's features for you, and nothing more. You can export it or delete it at any time.
Our name and app
Wayted™, its logo and the app itself belong to Ham Digital LLC. These terms let you use the app; they do not give you any right to use the name or logo.
Your health and safety
Wayted records your training and suggests weights and reps from what you've logged. It doesn't know your health, and nothing in it is medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are returning from an injury. Stop if something hurts, and use your own judgement over any suggestion the app makes.
Lifting and other exercise carry a real risk of injury. You choose what you lift and how, and you take on that risk yourself.
Acceptable use
Don't use Wayted to harass anybody, to impersonate anybody, to post anything unlawful, or to get at data that isn't yours. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or reach it other than through the app and this website.
Suspending accounts
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other people or the service at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why. If we close Wayted altogether, we'll give you notice in the app and time to export your data first.
Free and Pro
Wayted is free to use. On the free plan you can log as many workouts as you like, and everything you log is stored, synced and exportable for as long as you keep your account. The free plan limits what you can see, never what is kept: Progress, the calendar and each exercise's dated history show the last 3 months, and you can keep up to 3 saved workouts in view. Your lifetime bests, your previous sets and the app's suggestions always use your whole history.
Wayted™ Pro removes those limits. It comes as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. In the United States these are US$2.99 a month, US$24.99 a year and US$89.99 for lifetime; the App Store shows the price in your currency, and the price shown when you buy is the one that applies. There is no free trial.
Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple takes the payment, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. A subscription is charged to your Apple account when you confirm it and renews automatically for the same period at the then current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Wayted account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings too. A lifetime purchase lasts for as long as we offer Wayted.
When a subscription ends, your account goes back to the free plan and nothing you logged is deleted. We may also give Pro free of charge, for example to early testers. If we change a price, Apple tells subscribers before it applies to them.
Availability
We work to keep Wayted running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and as available, without any warranty, express or implied, including that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for injury that comes from how you train, and our total liability to you for anything to do with Wayted is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, and where they don't, they apply only as far as they are allowed.
Ending
You can stop using Wayted and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and can use its courts.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first.
